We are looking for a bank operations manager who will be responsible for planning and controlling change, managing quality assurance programmes, researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency running of the bank.
Responsibilities
·         Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

·         Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
·         Improve the existing procedures for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing department
·         Develop and adhere to operations budget
·         Review all financial statements for discrepancies before forwarding them to AP and AR departments
·         Keep track of staffing requirements and hire new talent as needed to correspond with specific duties and skill sets
·         Application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools in achieving compliance requirements, optimal efficiency, resource utilization and cost containment
·         Minimize operational risks inherent in Branch Operations including fraud management and application of internal control to effectively control fraud in the bank.
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting
·         Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash- flow management.
·         5 years’ experience as an operations manager or a finance manager in a bank
·         Knowledge and experience in modern branch operations practices to provide guidance on quality improvements and operational charges.

Job Vacancy: Finance Manager – Somalia
We are looking to recruit a finance manage in our organization who will oversee the running of the financial department as a whole.
The ideal candidate should have previously worked as a financial manager in a banking institution.
Responsibilities
·         Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
·         Oversee operations of the finance department set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met by employees, including financial assistants and accountants
·         Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
·         Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company and conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
·         Research and analyze financial reports and market trends

Qualifications
·         Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a bank or a financial institution.
·         Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
·         Proficient user of finance software
·         Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·         BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
·         Professional qualification in CPA will be considered a plus

Job Vacancy: Bank HR and Administration Manager – Somalia
We are looking to hire a bank HR and Administration manager in Somalia who will oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially.
They will be responsible designing budgets, applying company policies, managing internal HR systems, supervising managers, improving business efficiency, requesting audits, and analyzing financial data.
Responsibilities
·         Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including
·         Monthly management accounts and bank reconciliations
·         Oversees network administration, manages phone system and evaluates information systems.
·         Oversees the organization’s human resources requirements; including employee on-boarding, managing and administering health and other employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, monitoring insurance coverage and ensuring that personnel policies are up-to-date.
·         Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information; and Intranet sites.

Qualifications
·         Must have had at least 5 years of working experience in a senior managerial position within the HR department or as a Payroll Manager in a financial institution.
·         Demonstrate an experience and knowledge of HR administrative best practices, HR Technology, and general practices.
·         Must have great computer skills and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports
·         Must have a master’s (PhD) degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any other related field
·         Must be have deep knowledge in finance systems.

Responsibilities
·         Lead, guide and direct banking operations through bank managerial duties.
·         Work with the Channel Operations and Distribution Support Teams to deliver the consistent execution of channel sales and service effectiveness and operations across Distribution.
·         Accountable for maintaining high data quality standards by ensuring information captured in the bank’s systems and documentation by my team and myself are correct and maintained in a timely manner.
