Detailed Description
Responsibilities
·
Work closely with Leadership to
develop Agribusiness strategy and come up with an execution plan;
·
Develop a production manual for the
different value chains the department is engaging in;
·
Manage the Performance and engagement
of the extension officers on ground entire region by developing SMART Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) which should be reviewed on a regular basis in
accordance to the Organizations’ policy;
·
Upskill the Agribusiness team in the
region with the relevant extension trainings and ensure that they are properly
updated on any changes;
·
Carry out periodic market
intelligence and stay updated on competitor activities to gain insights on
developing Agribusiness services;
·
Ensuring that grievances aired out by
farmers through the Extension Officers, Depots and Telesales team are escalated
and resolved to the satisfaction of the farmers;
·
Keeping track of what is happening at
every depot in the region through extension officers.
·
Carry out periodic training for all
stakeholders related to agriculture and communicate the same information to
extension officers;
·
Keep track of monthly mystery
shopping reports done at our depot outlets, farm inputs, Loan records, and
ensure that all audit queries are resolved conclusively;
Qualifications
·
Experience in Agronomy and extension
work for different agricultural value chains.
·
At least a Degree or Diploma in
Agronomy Agribusiness related field
·
2-3 years of work experience in
Agriculture or related field
·
Knowledge of Safaricom products and
services.
·
Experience in managing a team of
extension officers

Brief Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Financial Systems & Processes, the position holder will provide Lean Six Sigma
expertise and closely work with Service Delivery teams to coach, mentor and
deliver continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in Key
Performance Indicators – NPS, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Revenue, Cost or any
other business critical metrics
Responsibilities

Provide Lean Six Sigma expertise
& knowledge to people leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement
projects
·
Conduct workshops and brainstorming
sessions to proactively and reactively generate ideas – build & maintain
Book of Opportunities for Finance division
·
Design, define, measure & report
KPIs basis process requirements
·
Support maintaining L5 process
documentation for every process (core responsibility lies with the Service
Delivery teams)

Mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma project
leads
·
Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings

Establish Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with
6-8 years in driving continuous improvement and change management programs

Preferably 2-4 years in a finance /
accounting company or work profile
·
Demonstrate proficiency in project
management skills and competencies
·
Ability to critically analyse
processes and systems for enhancement of efficiencies and effectiveness
·
Demonstrate analytical skills and

the position holder will coordinate and manage the delivery of Complex
Information, Communications and Technology solutions for Safaricom projects.
This role will be responsible for kick off, execution, implementation and
closure of Sprints, Projects and Programs.
Responsibilities

Assist in the definition of project
scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility

Develop a detailed project plan to
monitor and track progress
·
Manage changes to the project scope,
project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
·
Measure project performance using

Qualifications
