Bio Medical Engineer
Reporting to the Chief Officer-Quality and Standards, this position will be responsible for provision of technical support in acquisition, installation, utilization and maintenance of medical equipment across our hospitals to support availability, safety, quality and cost effective services.
Applicants must be in possession a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Bio Medical Engineering. A degree in Bio Medical Engineering will be an advantage. In addition, the ideal candidate should have 3-5 year progressive experience in a Hospital providing specialized care.
Critical Care Nurse Tutor (Re-advertisement)
Based at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital College and reporting to the Head of Department –School of Nursing, this position is responsible for facilitating clinical teaching and improving nursing quality in line with College’s mission, vision, goals and core values.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a higher national diploma in critical care nursing or its equivalent. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a hospital setting of which 1 year must be in a similar position.
Clinical Nurse Instructor
Reporting to the Head of Department –School of Nursing, this position is responsible for facilitating clinical teaching and improving nursing quality to nursing trainees on rotation, in line with both the College’s and Hospital’s mission, vision, goals and core values.
Applicants must be in possession of
·         A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and with at least two (2)years work experience in a hospital setting of which 1 year must be in a similar position.
·         Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, with a valid practicing License.
Senior Credit Officer (Claims)
Reporting to the Credit Operations Manager, this position will ensure timely submission of all insurance claims while ensuring timely resolution of arising matters from the providers.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related course with professional accounting qualifications with 1-3 years experience in a similar position in the insurance or health care business. In addition this position requires active knowledge of health care insurance requirements.

Specialized Nurses (Renal, ICU, Theater)
Reporting to the Section in Charge, this position is responsible for provision of high quality nursing care within (Renal/ICU/ Theatre) in line with Hospital policies and processes. In addition, this position is responsible for mentorship of nurses to deliver excellent customer service and quality nursing care.
Applicants must be in possession of a nursing qualification at Diploma or Degree level and Higher National Diploma (Renal, ICU, Theatre) with valid certification in BLS and ACLS plus a minimum of 3 years post-registration working experience in a busy hospital setting.
Counselor (2 Positions)
Based at the our Nakuru and Meru branches this position is responsible for providing quality, timely psychosocial support to clients while ensuring adherence to highest standards of client care.
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling psychology.
The successful candidate with 1 to 3 years relevant work experience.
Radio-Sonographer
Reporting to the Imaging Services in Charge this position will be responsible for provision of quality and accurate diagnostic imaging procedures (i.e. x-rays, ultra sound and other procedures) in line with the hospital policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences with valid registration with the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya. Higher Diploma in Ultrasound will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years working experience in a similar position in a busy hospital environment.
Credit Officer (Collections)
Reporting to the Senior Credit Officer -Collections, this position will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt and accurate reconciliation of remittances made.
Applicants must be in possession of a Professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years experience in a similar position. A bachelor’s degree in a business related course will be an added advantage.
In addition this position requires active knowledge and experience in building relationships and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a definite advantage.
