Accounts Assistant Job in Kenya

Accounts Assistant
Duties:
o    Managing Petty cash box and weekly reconciliation.
o    Processing of sales quotations
o    Preparing Tender documents

o    Preparation of payment vouchers and cheque payments
o    Posting of bills and receipts.
o    Statutory and VAT returns.
o    Payment of casual wages.
o    Petty cash reconciliation.
o    Monthly Stock-taking
o    Filing of Accounts documentation
o    Preparing accounts for audit.
Requirements:
o    Minimum of 2 years hands on experience in accounting
o    Minimum of CPA 2 accounting qualification
o    Bachelor of Commerce -Finance or Accounting Option- will be an added advantage
o    Aged 25 years and above
o    Proficiency in use of computers
o    Excellent communication skills
o    Have attention to detail and ability to multi task
o    Knowledge of Sage is an added advantage
