·
Enforcement of relevant county
environment laws and regulations
·
Undertake policy research and
analysis to support the integration of environment concern into development
plans within the county.

Prepare investigations and reports on
environment concerns,and attend court when called upon as witness.

Verification of EIA/EA reports and
any other duties as may be assigned.
·
Create enforcement notice details and
the recording of necessary information on data base as required in compliance
with County Policy and Procedures.

Qualifications
·
Served in a grade comparable and

Responsibilities
·
Overall in charge of a sub county in
cleansing and waste management
·
Keeps the head of department informed
on all matters affecting the section

To be in-charge of the proper running
of the Cleansing Unit and to plan, organize and supervise the day-to-day
activities of the Unit

To be responsible for supplies of
cleaning materials and equipment and keep records.

adhered to Health and Safety regulations including use of personal protective
equipment as and when required

Responsibilities
·
Advise on proper deployment, making
proposals on HR planning and succession management

Assist in formulate and review
strategies and policies for human resource management and development in the
county public service.

determination of appeals from county departments.

of County Public Service Promotional Examination Occupational tests.

implementation of HRM policies, rules and regulations including those relating
to Labour laws and other statutes relating to HRM
Qualifications
·
Must be a Kenyan Citizen;
·
Must be a Degree holder in Human
Resource Management/Industrial Relation or Public/Business Administration (with
HR bias) from a recognized institution in Kenya;
·
A Masters’ degree in HRM or in a
relevant field or a Higher Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage;
·
Served in the grade of Principal
Human Resource Management Officer for a minimum period of Three (3) years or a
satisfactory equivalent experience in middle level management in public or
private sectors;
·
Shown outstanding professional,
integrity and managerial skills; and
·
Must be Proficient in Computer
applications.
Audit Assistant Director

Responsibilities
·
Apply risk and control concepts and
communicates issues to the CEO
·
Draft audit findings that clearly
describe the conditions, criteria, cause and effect and recommendations to
correct identified deficiencies.
·
Identifies loopholes and comment risk
aversion measures and cost savings
·
Communicate assigned tasks to the
engagement team and ensure high quality, accurate and efficient results
·
Conduct follow ups audit to monitor
management intervention
·
Conducts assignment audit engagements
successfully from beginning to end
·
Review internal control systems on
financial and other operations and ensure economy, efficiency and their
effectiveness including computer system verification of assets, as to their
existence and safety
·
Establish the risk based audit plan
consistent with Boards’ objective.
·
Communicate plans for engagement and
resource requirements for internal audit function
·
Initiate and formulate internal audit
policies and regulation
·
Monitoring progress of the corrective
actions by management to correct identified deficiencies.
·
Continuously improving the audit
process through new tools and techniques.
·

Qualifications
·
Must be a Kenyan citizen
·
Must be a holder of Bachelor of
Commerce Degree (Accounting/Finance Option) or its equivalent
·
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
– CPA (K) or CISA or its acceptable equivalent
·
A Masters’ degree in Finance,
Accounting or its equivalent will be an added advantage
·
Three (3) years working experience in
the grade of Principal Internal Auditor, or a satisfactory equivalent
experience in middle management in the public or private sector
·
Shown outstanding professional and
managerial skills in Auditing; and
·
Must be Proficient in Computer
applications (knowledge in relevant auditing software will be an added
advantage).
