Product Engineer

Reporting to the Manager, Product Engineering & Product
Planning, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following
functions:
·
Develop validation and test procedures for vehicle components
and vehicle systems and ensure compliance with testing and product standards.
·
Conduct controlled engineering vehicle test for all products,
analyse data and prepare technical reports for review.
·
Conduct vehicle market benchmark for all models with
competition, analyse and issue technical reports.
·
Execute product change requests for the existing models in
liaison with Isuzu and Supplier Quality Engineer.
·
Conduct tests for vehicle systems original samples as per source
plant and vehicle design specifications prior to localization.
·
Conduct inspection, technical evaluation and root cause analysis
of product field quality cases.
·
Collect and analyse technical data for engineering test demo
program vehicles and prepare technical progress reports for review.
·
Establish equipment requirement for vehicle engineering test
processes and manage calibration and maintenance program for the equipment.
·
Control vehicle original samples as per company procedures.

Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production
Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following
functions:

Prepare and meet production schedules effectively and
efficiently.

Resource and lead production teams,

Monitor and control operating costs.
·
Apply lean manufacturing and ISO principles and tools in the
section, maintain and update the records required to demonstrate compliance to
the manufacturing systems.

Initiate and promote safe work practices and enforce compliance
with workplace organization, health and safety and environmental standards.

Meet quality targets through adherence to established methods
and work standards,
·
Initiate and support continuous improvement programs.

Performance monitoring and management reports.

Maintenance Planner

Reporting to the EHS,
Facilities & Plant Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be
responsible for the following functions:
·
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance and statutory
inspection schedule and follow up for implementation.
·
Receive incoming work orders, identify scope, and analyse the
required level of planning.
·
Develop safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out procedures
available to employees and ensure all aspects of the existing safety policy are
incorporated into the job plan and facilitate permit writing training.
·
Responsible for outage planning activities such as scope
identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment,
execution and continuous improvement.
·
Determine and include quality assurance /quality control
requirements on job by developing the specific check sheets to the task.
·
Procure equipment and specialized tools required to perform the
work and maintain the equipment register.
·
Gather and maintain the necessary engineering or technical
documents, specifications and drawings.
·
Develop clear and concise work procedures and maintain all standardized
work.
·
Determine and arrange for parts required to perform the work in
liaison with the maintenance supervisor.
·
Manage maintenance data collection and information gathering to
produce reports as and when required.
·
Management of the technical expense stores.

Leasing Technical Support
Engineer

Reporting to the General
Manager, Leasing Operations & Sales Engineering, the successful candidate
will be responsible for the following functions:
·
Evaluate bodybuilding and product warranty technical lease
claims to determine cause and cost centers.
·
Liaison with the Leasing Cost Business Partner to capture all
leasing operations costs.
·
Management of outsourced lease suppliers to assure quality and
agreed turnaround time.
·
Monthly generation of data and Information for all lease
vehicles for warranty and replacement cost monitoring.
·
Coordination of bodybuilding and product warranty repairs with
Bodybuilding and Field engineering departments.
·
Monthly generation and update of lease vehicles technical
information.
·
Management of annual government inspection of lease vehicles.
·
Support in the development of aftersales accessories and
components.
·
Develop special equipment and customer special specification
requirements.
·
Follow through execution of design concepts with Engineering and
development suppliers.

Parts Sales Executive

Reporting to the Parts Sales
Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following
functions:
·
Generate new parts and accessories business through dealer and
customer engagement.
·
Manage the overall relationship and communication with allocated
accounts.
·
Participate in marketing activities done by dealers.
·
Ensure Dealers have optimum levels of parts inventory.
·
Offer support in electronic parts catalogue installation,
training, license renewals and activation of new branches.
·
Enforce compliance of the Isuzu Aftersales Policy by Dealers.
·
Prepare and present reports to aftersales management on dealer
and fleet performance.
·
Review and Monitor dealer performance and develop initiatives to
support growth and profitability of parts and accessories.
·
Implement action plans emanating from dealer and customer
satisfaction surveys.

vehicles.
