Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Diploma in IT or
Computer Science and KCSE certificate with a mean grade C- (Minus) or its
equivalent.
·
Must be holder Higher Diploma (HD) in
IT and Computer Science from a recognized.
·
He/she should have at least five (4)
years experience OR three (3) years at Grade 6.
·
Must have good working knowledge and
experience in hardware, networking, software, Linux, managing servers,
knowledge in wireless communication devices and major pc applications.
·
CCNA, MCSE certification will be an
added advantage
Accountant
Grade 12
Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Master’s Degree
(Accounting/ Finance) in additional to Bachelor’s Degree plus CPA K or
equivalent OR
·
Must be holder of MBA Degree in
addition to B.Com, CPA K and 3 years post-masters relevant work experience or 2
years post CPA (K)
·
At least two (2) years post-masters
qualifications work experience in accountancy in a learning institution,
research or large public/private institution OR three (3) years work experience
in Grade, 11.
·
Be a registered member of a
professional body
Accounts Assistant
Grade 6
Qualifications
·
Must have KCSE/KCE certificate with a
mean grade of C- (Minus).
·
Must be holder of CPA part 2, Section
III & IV OR Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent from Kenya National
Examinations Council (KNEC) and must be computer literate.
·
He/she should have at least three (3)
years in accountancy experience in a busy public office or a learning
institution OR at least three (3) years in grade 5.
Procurement Assistant
Grade 9
Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree
in Purchasing and supplies management OR Business Administration, Economics,
Commerce, or its closely related equivalent from a recognized university with a
post-graduate diploma in purchasing
·
Must be registered with relevant
professional body.
·
At least three (3) post
qualifications work experience OR have served for three (3) years at the grade
8.
Admin Assistant
Grade 8
Qualifications
·
Must have KCSE/KCE certificate with a
mean grade of C + Plus or equivalent.
·
Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree
in Social sciences, Economics, Public Administration or equivalent from a
recognized institution.
·
This is an entry grade and
those with post-qualification work experience will have added advantage
Office Admin
Grade 8
Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree
in Secretarial Studies or Bachelor of Business Management and Office Management
Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution
OR
·
Must be holder of Higher National
Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kenya National Examinations Council or
equivalent plus 3 years work experience or have served for 3 years in the
previous grade AND
·
Typing III, (50 WpM), Shorthand III
(120WpM), Business English III, Secretarial Duties II, Office Management III,
Commerce II and Personnel Management III
·
Must have computer application
skills.
Graphic Design Assistant
Grade 8
Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree
in Publishing, Media Studies and communication, with or without work
experience.

Must be holder of HND in
Machine printing technology, Book binding and print finishing, Information
studies from a recognized institution.
·
Should have three (3) years relevant
work experience OR have served for three (3) years at Grade 7.
Legal Assistant

Must be holder of Diploma in Law from

Driver

Qualifications
·
Must have KSCE certificate with a
mean grade of C- Minus or equivalent

Must have Driving License class ABCE

·
Must have at least six (6) years

·
Must have written and spoken

Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Master’s Degree
(Accounting/ Finance) in additional to Bachelor’s Degree plus CPA K or
equivalent and CIA certification by Institute of Internal Auditors.
·
At least three (3) years at Grade 11
and have shown merit and ability as reflected with work performance and results
·
Those with MBA Degree in addition to
B.Com and CPA K plus three (3) years post-masters relevant work experience or
three (3) years post CPA (K) will also be considered.

Be a registered member of a

Assistant Security Officer

Qualifications
·
Must be holder of Diploma in
Criminology or its equivalent from a recognized institution OR
·
Must have KCSE/KCE Certificate with a
mean grade C- minus
·
Must have a certificate of good
conduct.
·
He/she should have worked in with any
rank of commissioned officer with the Kenya Defense Forces, National Police
Service or National Youth Service or any other reputable security firm and must
have a Discharge Certificate.
·
Holders of Fire fighting Certificate,
First Aid among other short courses certificate will have an added advantage.
·
Should have worked for at least three
(3) years at Grade 5
·
He/she should demonstrate outstanding
administrative ability in controlling security guards
Security Officer

Qualifications

Studies from a recognized institution.

Must have KCSE/KCE certificate with a

conduct.
·
Holders of certificate of good
conduct, Fire fighting Certificate, First Aid among other short courses
certificate will have an added advantage.

Should have at least 3 years relevant
work experience at grade 4.
