Responsibilities
·
Reporting to the Head ICT, the
Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:
·
Performing system analysis and
suggest recommendations in liaison with user department.
·
Performing basic technical support
for both hardware and software
·
Drawing and maintaining ICT equipment
inventory.
·
Ensuring adherence to established ICT
standards and policies.
·
Logging of ICT problems.
·
Performing system installation,
configuration and renew software licenses.
·
Recommending and supervising
hardware/software specification for information communication technology
equipment.
