outstanding Economic Empowerment Coordinator.
The position will be based in Narok
County, Kenya
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·
Mobilize the tea farmers and workers
community to initiate or join a group within their communities and estates
·
Ensure the implementation and success
of financial literacy trainings within Kericho/Bomet region
·
Manage continual follow-ups and
meetings with each group.
·
Be the eyes and the ears of the
community and provide community expression and perspectives to your supervisors
·
Create and manage timely data on all
trainings conducted
·
Compile timely reports to be shared
with your supervisor
·
Any other duties assigned to you from
time to time by the management
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Required
·
Diploma/Degree in community
development or related field;
·
2 plus years in community work
·
Ability to ride a motor bike is a
MUST (Should have a valid driver’s license)
·
Eloquence
·
Ability to work well with diverse
teams
·
Analytical skills and ability to use
systems for analysis and evaluation
·
A good team player with excellent
communication skills
·
Ability to work under Minimal
supervision

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Logistics
and planning of all camp operations
·
Coordinate all aspects of camp
operations- from front of house to back end
·
Manage vehicle logistics and
assignments by organising drivers, guides and stocking vehicles as needed for
Bogani
·
Troubleshoot effective and
appropriate problem solving approaches
·
Organize arrivals, departures, and
special occasions within the camp
·
Compile, record and resolve
maintenance issues
·
Work with housekeeping and
maintenance to ensure cleanliness at the camp is perfect
·
Maintain and order stock supplies
ensuring supplies are stocked throughout the camp
·
Ensure meal service run smoothly with
all necessary items available
Staff
management
·
Update and manage daily attendance
rotter, off days and leave request for all staff
·
Maintain a harmonious atmosphere at
the camp
·
Manage staff food welfare
·
Compile reports and fix any issues
that arise under your docket
·
Continually motivate staff to promote
and enhance guest service
Customer
Service
·
Establish standards and procedures to
ensure guest satisfaction
·
Ensure guest requests and challenges
are handled quickly and effectively
·
Oversee proper documentation of guest
issues and concerns
·
Organise and manage extracurricular
activities for guests in liaison with facilitators
Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required
·
Previous experience of at least 5
years in the hotel industry, preferably in guest relations at a management
level
·
Positive and solution oriented team
member
·
Fluency in Swahili and English, both
verbal and written
·
Ability to multi-task coordinate
·
Ability to organize and motivate
staff members
·
Proficiency in excel, word and
outlook
·
Capability to perform job functions
with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
·
Ability to work with minimal
supervision
·
Ability to think clearly and remain
calm under pressure
·
Aptitude to resolve problems using

Job Title: Radiographer / Sonographer

The
positions will be based in Narok County, Kenya.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·
Evaluate patients’ medical condition
and history to determine most suitable radiographic technique for diagnosis
·
Interact with patients to offer them
psychological support and address their concerns after an imaging procedure
·
Adjust diagnostic equipment to
deliver accurate amount of radiation to patients
·
Perform diagnostic imaging
examinations like x rays, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance
imaging
·
Produce x-ray films or radiographs of
parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems
·
Perform more complex imaging
procedures when performing fluoroscopes, e.g. radiologic technologists
·
Prepare a solution for the patient to
drink, allowing the radiologist to see soft tissues in the body
·
Ensure radiation safety measures and
protection devices are used and observed to ensure compliance and safety for
both patients and staff
·
Ensure scheduled maintenance and
minor emergency repairs on radiographic equipment are conducted
·
Ensure accurate documentation and
care of patient records
Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required
·
Diploma in medical imaging from Kenya
Medical Training College or any other recognized institution
·
2 plus years’ experience in a busy
center in ultra sound and X-ray department
·
Must be registered by the radiation
protection Board
·
Must have a current and valid
practicing licence
·
Should be highly experienced in
radiographing, covering a wide range of clinical examinations and applications
·
Must showcase a degree of physical
dexterity, co-ordination and sensory skills required for positioning of or
handling patients
·
Ability to depict high level of
confidentiality, professionalism and sensitivity
·
