Job Introduction
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager the Resourcing Officer will be responsible for:
·         Complete screening and vetting of potential and existing employees and customer employees, in accordance with the Group, Regional and G4S Kenya screening and vetting policies.
·         Complete screening and vetting of entities, companies or business names.
Responsibilities
·         Screening of job applications
·         Verifying documents presented  by potential employees
·         Conducting employee background checks
·         Visiting and verifying employee declared residential address
·         Verifying and confirmation of referee integrity
·         Accurate and adequate recording of verified employee background information
·         Assisting in compiling and preparing employee records for the purposes of integrity examination
·         Ongoing screening and vetting of employees in high risk areas
·         Opening screening and vetting files and maintaining employee vetting records
·         Generate screening and vetting reports
·         Coordinate Interviews
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources Management, Security related discipline or its equivalent
·         Training In The National Police Service or the Kenya Defense Forces (advantageous)
·         Membership To Security or HR Professional Bodies
·         Kenya Market
·         Kenya legislation
·         3 to 5 years of experience in security screening or investigation environment
·         Relevant working experience within an administrative environment
Technical skills
·         Microsoft word-intermediate level
·         Microsoft excel-intermediate level(advanced level is advantageous)
·         Microsoft PowerPoint –basic level
·         Google suite of products

Job Introduction
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the HR Business Partner is required to perform the roles of a business strategic partner, operations manager, emergency responder and employee mediator, whilst delivering on the G4S Human Resources core standards, ensuring and adhering to the set G4S Kenya Human Resources processes.
Responsibilities
·         Provide Strategic Partner support to and with allocated business units
·         Provide Operations Manager support to allocated business unit
·         Provide Emergency Responder support to allocated business unit
·         Provide Employee Mediator support to allocated business unit
·         Ensure business unit is optimally resourced
·         Ensure business unit complies with all aspects of HSSEC
·         Ensure business unit is trained to perform to required standard
·         Ensure business unit’s employee engagement levels are optimal
·         Ensure fair compensation and benefit practices in business unit
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
·         National Diploma in Human Resources and/or Certified Human Resources Professional
·         Kenya Labour market and legislation knowledge
·         Member of IHRM
·         Five to eight years in Human Resources Management in a large business dealing with unionised employees
