Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director the successful applicant will be required to:
·         Handle all HR functions including: Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Compensation and Employee Relations
·         Manage the office Administration
·         Assist the Director with his daily activities and follow ups
Requirements
The job requires the following qualifications:

·         Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
·         Higher Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage
·         At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
·         Must be hands-on proficient in MS office, with excellent typing/keyboarding skills
·         Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting with senior management
·         Must be smart & well groomed
·         Impeccable Integrity
