Responsibilities
·         To be responsible for managing all aspects of picking up and delivering items to their ultimate destinations, and keep a record of delivery information;
·         Pick up and deliver items to their ultimate destinations on behalf of the Department;

·         Plan and follow the most resourceful delivery information and practices;
·         Keep a record of collecting essential payments and signatures from different stakeholders;
·         Clean office spaces, table, chair, equipment daily basis;
·         Provide administrative support to the department;
·         Ensure general cleanliness, of the office;
·         Support field activities as and when required;
·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
·         A KCSE certificate or a certificate in relevant field;
·         Ability to work in an organized and systematic manner;

·         Ability to organize documents in the systematic manner;
·         Fast learner and ability to adopt to new environment;
·         Good temperament and communications skills in English and Swahili;
·         Possession of a driving license is an added advantage;
·         At least two years’ work experience in a similar position in a corporate or government organisation.
