Programme Coordinator
To design and implement innovative
youth development and empowerment programmes.
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree from a credible
university in Social Sciences, Development Studies or Business Development.
·
4 – 7 years progressive professional
experience at Programme management level with a youth serving organization,
national NGO, or governmental agency.
·
Result oriented with demonstrated
ability to manage a team and work independently.
·
Proven ability in programme
management, including development, planning, implementation, community
mobilization, monitoring and evaluation
·
Proven ability Resource mobilisation
and fundraising
·
Excellent oral, written and
presentation skills and demonstrated ability to meet strict and high quality
implementation and reporting deadlines
·
Computer literacy
Hostel Manager
Responsible
for the day to day operation of the Hostel to the satisfaction of
guests/clients.
Requirements
·
Experience in F&B Control,
Purchasing & Storages, Marketing & Sales, personnel &
Administration, Supervision & Maintenance and Financial Control.
·
Diploma in Hotel /Institution
Management preferably Kenya Utalii College. A degree in relevant field will be
an added advantage
·
Excellent in service deliver,
managing people and hands on.
·
Minimum of 7 years working experience
in a reputable busy Hotel as a Manager and aged below 45 years.
