Job Title: Laboratory Technologist
Positions: 3
Job Location: Oasis Doctors Plaza Kakamega, Webuye and Makadara.
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Receiving, verifying and processing of specimens
·         Timely release of accurate, precise and reproducible results
·         Archiving of specimens and records as per laboratory SOPS.
·         Proper Management of laboratory equipment by doing daily routine maintenance, calibration and quality control.
·         Proper Management of laboratory reagents and consumables as per laboratory SOPS
·         Participation in EQA and other quality assurance programs.
·         Creation and Maintenance of Laboratory documents and records
·         Blood transfusion procedures
·         Compliance with relevant policies and procedures including but not limited to those related to safety and infection control.
·         Basic Knowledge of GCLP, ISO 15189:2012 standards
Job Requirements
·         Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
·         Must be registered by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board with a current practicing license
·         Knowledge and experience in different laboratory disciplines especially hematology, biochemistry and microbiology
·         Good computer and problem-solving skills
·         Team player

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Technologist
Positions: 4
Job Location: Oasis Doctors Plaza Kakamega, Kehancha, Nyamira and Homabay.
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
·         Control medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
·         Protect patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
·         Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
·         Ensure the fridge in the pharmacy for medication has the right temperature for medications stored.
·         Receive orders for both consumables and drugs through the procurement officer and follow up to know when the drugs will be supplied.
·         Ensure that stock reorder levels are not surpassed.
·         Clean and dust cabinets, lockers and fridge where medication is stored.
·         Confirm the short expiry period and advise the procurement officer on the way forward.
·         Assist the pharmacy in-charge to draft and review SOPs for the hospital pharmacy and forward for review and implementation.
Job Requirements
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
·         Registration with the Pharmacy and Poison Board.
·         Computer literate.
·         Minimum of two years relevant experience.

Job Title: Hospital Administrator
Positions: 1
Job Location: Oasis Mental Health, Nairobi.
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Overseeing quality, improvement of processes for efficient delivery of services.
·         Guiding in setting operational and administrative standards in the hospital.
·         Preparing, managing and overseeing of the hospital budget.
·         Ensuring that the hospital runs efficiently and delivers quality patient care.
·         Creating financial and business strategies to ensure viability of the hospital.
·         Recruitment and retention of staff; managing the hospital HR function.
·         Addressing doctors’ needs and ensuring patients’ quality of care and well-being.
·         Liaising with stakeholders and spearheading resource mobilization.
·         Attending the local health council meetings and the healthcare conferences.

Job Title: Nurse
Positions: 3

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Ensure timely drug administration and monitoring of adverse reactions
·         Take patient files to pharmacy for timely delivery of medication.
·         Care of patients undergoing surgical procedures preoperatively, intra-operatively and operatively
·         Care of patients undergoing gynaecological procedures
·         Care of orthopaedic patients with special prosthesis and orthotics
·         Preparing patients for special medical procedures and scrubbing for operations
·         Helping in delivery of children and ensuring that the child is well cared for.
·         Immunization of children and pregnant mothers.

·         Interpret information clerked in patient sheets and make decisions about needed actions
·         Maintaining patient information and keeping it confidential.
·         Administer medication as prescribed.
·         Ensure that every item used on a patient has been captured on the patient files and transferred into the hospital system.
·         Monitoring progress of patients in the wards and informing doctors of their welfare.
Job Requirements
·         A Diploma/ Degree in nursing

Job Title: Resident Clinical Officer
Positions: 2
Job Location: Oasis Doctors Plaza Webuye and Makadara
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Examining, diagnosing and treating patients’ common ailments;
·         Implementing community health care activities and liaison with other health workers;
·         Guiding and counselling patients, clients and staff on Health issues;
·         Sensitizing patients and clients on preventive health;
·         Collecting and compiling clinical data;
·         Supervise clinical interns/attaches.
·         Assist in planning and conducting primary health care activities
Job Requirements:
·         Diploma in Clinical medicine from an accredited school.

Job Title: Accountant
Job Location: Oasis Mental Health, Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting systems.
·         Handle regular cash book reconciliations.
·         Daily sales ledger and creditors ledger accounts reconciliation.
·         Preparation of daily and monthly reports.
·         Ensuring regular invoicing, receive and receipt money.
·         Undertaking daily banking functions and bank reconciliations.
·         Carrying out stock takes.
·         Provide any other accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
·         Ensuring effective administration of petty cash.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Ensure effective and efficient service is provided to clients.
·         Receive and make telephone calls as necessary.
·         Advice clients of relevant charges for various medical services.
·         Handle general inquiries, explain procedures and make follow ups on appointments.
·         Ensure that files are kept in order, documents for different files are updated and the reception does not run out of relevant documents.
·         Ensure that all patients’ information is registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
·         Diploma in front office operations & administration or its equivalent.
·         Must be computer literate.
·         One year working experience in the same position.
·         Friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
