Responsibilities
·
Responsible for the day to day
Catering operations at our Tatu Campuses.
·
Maintaining oversight over food
stores activities including; Requisition, Internal Stock take, Data entry among
others.
·
Conducting continuous quality
training/awareness sessions for the team.
·
Hold bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with
teammates.
·
Facilitating catering functions and
trips.
·
Overseeing implementation of food
safety management system and quality control.
·
Duty Rota and Leave Management.
·
Staff induction and onboarding of new
staff
·
Attending school meetings when
required.
·
Following up on all Maintenance
needs.
·
Custodian of all Catering records and
Documentation.
·
Overseeing food service captains.
·
Developing the menu.
·
Any other duty that will be assigned
by the Manager.
Qualifications
·
Food Safety Knowledge.
·
Diploma in Food and Beverage
Management.
·
5 Years Hospitality working
experience.
·
Analytical mind and Problem solving
skills.

passionate Assistant Chefs to prepare and cook meals for our students and
teammates.
This is an exciting opportunity to be

Responsibilities
·
Daily meals preparation and cooking.
·
Maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
·
Implementing and leading the food
safety program.
·
Monitoring workplace safety
inspections.
·
Monitoring utilities and maintenance
needs.
·
Facilitating unit team meetings.
·
Approving food and non-food store
requisitions.
·
Collecting meal data for and
reporting to the Sous Chef.
·
Coordinating events and catering
functions with respective schools.
·
Any other duty that will be assigned
by the Manager.
Qualifications
·
Minimum certificate in Food
Production.
·
Knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene.
·
Two years working experience in
schools.
·
Computer literate.

School Dorm Mother
Nova Pioneer is looking for a
superstar School Dorm Mother who will be in charge of the pastoral life of the
girls school.
This is an exciting opportunity to be

Responsibilities
·
Playing the role of a ‘parent’ for
the students in a professional working relation.
·
Being a role model in all actions and
behaviour to the students.
·
Defending the rights of the child.
·
Creating a safe environment for
teenagers to develop their emotional and social skills.
·
Supervising the wellbeing, discipline
and behaviour of students.
·
Observing emotional behaviour and
refer to the school counsellor.
·
Maintaining cleanness in dorms.
·
Report to Dean of Residential Life.
Note: This role requires you to live on campus with flexible
working hours including working on weekends.
Qualifications
·
Certificate/Diploma in social work or
any other relevant course in child welfare
·
2+ years’ experience working with
students.
·
Professional counselling skills with
a proven track record will be an advantage.
·
Knowledge and experience working with
teenagers before
·
You are flexible and open to change –
you handle uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity well.
·
You are a problem solver – you are
proactive in identifying issues and address these thoroughly by making effort
to find appropriate solutions.
·
You are excited about our

moved forward in the process depending on their success in the previous stage.
The process is as follows:

Phone interview: a short conversation
to understand your skills and experience a little better.
·
Practical demonstration of what you
can do: you will complete a written task or a demonstration related to the role
you are applying for. Teachers participate in a half-day selection day at one
of our campuses as well as deliver a lesson to a class.
·
In-person interviews: at this point
you will visit one of our schools to meet the team and participate in a series
of in-person interviews.
·
Final interview: you’ll have a final
conversation with the hiring manager before decisions are made.
