Area hence the need to recruit for a supervisor who can deliver in excellence.
Supervisor
(1 position)
Duties and
Responsibilities
·
Oversee all the activities in the store.
·
Prepare weekly reports to be sent to the manager and should be
ready to respond to all queries by the management.
·
Ensure the store meets its financial objectives.
·
Advise the management on any arising matters or ideas that ought
to be adopted.
·
Ensuring the store display and lay out is both captivating and
functional.
·
Ensuring that shelves are stocked at all times.
·
Overseeing the cleanliness of the store.

·
Good communication skills both written and oral
·
Customer service skills
·
Financial acumen

Attention to detail
Minimum Requirements
Experience
·
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Academic qualifications
·
Diploma in business management

Duties and Responsibilities
·
Receiving goods once delivered at the store and maintaining
accurate records.
·
Checking expiry dates of delivered goods and goods that are in
the store

Ensuring that storage is orderly

Counting stock at the beginning and end of the day.

Informing the supervisor when goods are almost out of stock.
·
Creatively inquiring from customers about their purchasing
needs.

Take note of any customer feedback and convey it to the
