IT Administrator
Participates in and supports capacity
planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and
software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
Coordinate with network
engineering, business application, and database administration functions
to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices to
meet corporate objectives.
Skills and Abilities
·
Working technical knowledge of
network, PC, platform operating systems, ERP’s etc.
·
Extensive application support
experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, accounting software.
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree in computer
science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any other relevant
field from a recognized university;
·
2 years’ experience in a busy
organization
·
Professional certification e.g.
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus
Business Development Manager
Responsible
for the development of business opportunities that support the company’s growth
and profitability whilst maintaining strong and close relationships with
clients, ensuring visibility, and delivery of high-quality customer service to
existing and potential clients; marketing and admissions.
Serve
as primary point of contact for partner schools and organizations and provide
outstanding client service while promoting the brand and increasing enrollment,
online marketing, and school admissions programs.
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree in a business
related field
·
5 years of professional experience in
marketing, client/customer relationship building, and/or event promotions.
Human Resource Manager
Responsible
for overseeing and coordinating HRM functions within the organization Promote
equity, transparency and consistency in the interpretation, determination,
implementation and administration of HR policy, procedures and guidelines on HR
related matters in the institution.
Support,
implement and administer effective and timely recruitment processes in the
hiring and retaining the best talents available to support the strategic human
resources needs of the institution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s
Degree in Social Sciences/ Human Resource Management or related fields with 3
years recent experience in similar positions & IRHM membership
Minimum
5 — 10 years’ experience in a busy HR environment
