Temporary Loans Officer

Contract Period; 3 Months
Reporting to: Senior Loans Officer

Responsibilities

·         Receiving loan application forms:
·         Ensure that the received loan applications are dully filled and have necessary attachment.

·         Inputting the loan application details in the system.
·         Communicate to the member on any missing information or document.
·         Informing members on the status of their loan applications by phone and email.
·         Answering members queries on loan products and status of loan applications.
·         Advising individual members on deductions for new loans, and loans that have been cleared.

Qualifications

·         Minimum KCSE C plain
·         Diploma in Co-operative Management/Credit Management and related field.
·         A minimum of one-year relevant experience
·         Good working knowledge of ERP (NAVISION) software and Microsoft office packages
·         Experience in a Financial institution is an added advantage
Skills and Desired Qualities:
·         Hands on experience in using ERP (NAVISION) software and Microsoft office packages
·         Good analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision.

Temporary Office Assistant 
Contract Period; 3 Months
Reporting to: HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

·         Deliver and dispatch of all correspondences from the office
·         Payment of office bills
·         Daily banking of all cheques
·         Assist in filing of all office documents and maintaining the office registry
·         Driving and general management of the society van

Qualifications

·         Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C (Plain)
·         Relevant Certificate in business management/office management/human resource/secretarial studies
·         Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience
·         Must have a valid driving licence Class BCE
Skills:
·         Sound ICT skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)
·         Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and people skills
·         Strong organizational skills
·         Professional driving skills
