Head Chef

Salary: 50K

Requirements

·         At least a diploma in a hospitality related course, from a reputable institution, preferably Utalii or IHTI.

·         Above 35 years of age

·         5 years proven working experience in hot and cold kitchen

·         Ability to lead and train a team

·         Menu knowledge and development

·         Ability to cater for large groups of up to 2000 pax on short notice

·         Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.

·         Maintenance of kitchen equipment

·         Stock management

·         Very honest and reliable

Garden Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: 25K

Requirements

·         At least a diploma in a hospitality related course

·         At least 28 years of age

·         3 Years proven experience at supervisory level

·         Human resource management skills

·         Exemplary customer service skills

·         Pleasant personality

·         Ability to train others

·         Flexibility (duties and shifts)

Cocktail Bar-Man

Salary: 20K

Requirements

·         Diploma from a recognized institution

·         2 years proven working experience

·         At least 25 years of age

·         Vast knowledge of wines and spirits

·         Expertise in preparation of exotic drinks

·         Stock management skills

·         Customer service and marketing skills.

Driver

Salary: 20K

Requirements

·         At least 30 years of age

·         Over 5 years driving experience

·         Valid BCE driving license and PSV certificate

·         Ability to drive both commercial and saloon cars

·         Basic mechanical and vehicle maintenance skills

·         Flexibility to work long hours and upon request

Gardener

Salary: 15K

Requirements

·         Mature, over 25 years of age

·         Preferably NYS graduate

·         Ability to handle pets (dog handling skills)

·         Gardening skills

·         Able to operate farm equipment (lawn mowers, hedge cutters etc)

Servers

Salary: 12K

Requirements

·         At least a certificate in hospitality related course

·         2 years proven work experience in service

·         Over 22 years of age

·         Menu knowledge

·         Pleasant personality

·         Flexible to work long hours
