SharePoint Administrator

Reports To:  IT Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

·         Administer internal systems including but not limited to:
1.  MS Office SharePoint
2.  MS Dynamics CRM
3.  Windows Server
4.  MS Exchange

5.  MS SQL Server
·         Provide development support for MS SharePoint and MS Dynamics CRM to map business processes
·         Provide comprehensive administration and support for MS SQL Server
·         Develop business logic mapping via T-SQL queries
·         Be responsible for a vibrant, effective intranet
·         Perform proactive maintenance of MS Sharepoint, Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, MS Exchange and other assigned services/systems
·         Provide 1st and 2nd line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from office productivity software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs, Macs and Printers
·         Support incident resolution for systems under scope according to SLA
·         Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
·         Provide weekly reports on systems under scope as applicable
·         Maintain up to date documentation of supported systems
·         Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house

Requirements

·         Experience working in an ITIL-based environment
·         A professional qualification certification (MCP, CCNA, etc) would be desirable
·         Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
·         Excellent organisational skills
·         Demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint both administration and development
·         Prior experience working with MS Dynamics suite
·         Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows and Office
·         Proficiency in MS Exchange, Office 365, Windows Update, Active Directory/DNS, basic networking
·         Experience with using and troubleshooting user machines within a network environment
·         You will be a self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service


Head of Digital

Job purpose
We seek a “disruptive” thinker, a believer in the limitless possibilities of digital as a marketing space,  a passionate, driven and digitally savvy individual to manage SportPesa’s key digital assets in the social media space. This great individual will also measure the ROI on all digital campaigns as well as timely creation and distribution of relevant, ethical, endearing and brand specific digital content aimed at making our digital space the “go to” place for sports news and updates.

Responsibilities

·         Oversee all company Social media platforms, to ensure brand presence and ROI.
·         Provide leadership in the development of a strong brand image on the digital space
·         Responsible for management of relevant, engaging and captivating content across all digital platforms
·         Management of company key digital campaigns to achieve aligned and set objectives.
·         In Liaison with the GCMO, develop the digital communications and optimization strategies.
·         Manage the performance of the digital executives and content editors, include time to action and partner/stakeholder relations.
·         Analyze and evaluate industry benchmarks/market research regarding competitors’ social media programs and industry BEST practices to identify gaps and social media opportunities for improvement i.e. content strategy and frequency of content development and provide timely reports and analytics for decision making to key stakeholders.

·         Establish SportPesa’s position in a social media stratosphere and determine content strategy and frequency of content deployment

Assistant Marketing Manager, Public Relations & Communications
Reports To:  Chief Marketing Officer
Job purpose
The Assistant Marketing Manager – PR and Communications will drive the communications and PR strategy so as to proactively promote a positive and endearing corporate image through the media and other available channels of communication.

Responsibilities

·         In liaison with the Marketing Management, coordinate both the internal and external PR and communication strategies.
·         Execute a comprehensive communications and PR plan for the company, its products and services
·         Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, partners and the media
·         Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns across all the platforms, providing timely feedback and reports on the same.
·         Assist in the execution of the company’s corporate events to promote a positive public relations and corporate image
·         Maintain the historical files on company’s PR events and other administrative duties in the department.
·         Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs for PR opportunities.
·         Collate, analyze and evaluate media coverage and provide timely reports for efficient decision making
·         Promote news stories and features to the media

Qualifications

·         Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism
·         Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations an added advantage
·         Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
·         At least four years’ experience in a similar role

Copy Writer
Reports To:  Head of Digital
Job purpose
We seek a highly creative and persuasive writer, with an ability to generate original content that drives brand engagement.

Responsibilities 

·         Generate high-engagement and persuasive social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
·         Develop scripts for video and audio promotions including short form digital video content.
·         Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
·         Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
·         Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
·         Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
·         Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business lead

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
·         Fluency in written English and swahili
·         Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
·         Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
·         Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
·         Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred
