Job Responsibilities

prepare and serve alcoholic and
non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes

peel, slice and pit fruit for
garnishing drinks.

mix and garnish cocktails according
to standard specs
·
serve snacks to customers seated at
the bar.
·
respond promptly to requests from
customers in a polite and professional fashion.
·
attempt to limit problems related to
customers’ excessive drinking by following established procedures.

process transactions using the POS
system.

Duties
and Responsibilities
·
Responsible for the smooth running of
the Bar & Restaurant Department in line with company standards of
Procedures, predetermined budgets and all relevant legislation.
·
Training & Development of the Bar
& Restaurant Team using relevant techniques and ensuring all training is
documented.
·
Employee Relations & Performance
Management of the Bar & Restaurant Team with the assistance of the HR
Department.
·
To be aware of the day’s business in
all Departments within the Hotel.
·
Supervise the activities of all Bar
& Restaurant team to ensure all team members are aware of their
responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.
·
The Management of all stock levels

Our Client in a bar and restaurant is
looking for an assistant bar manager responsible for operation and supervision
of the bar and beverage service department.
Summary
of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Bar Manager,
responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:

Consistently offer professional,
friendly and engaging service.
·
Handle guest concerns and react
quickly and professionally.
·
To assist in recruiting and training
all Outlet Colleagues.
·
Attend regularly scheduled
departmental meetings.
·
Maximize revenues by communicating
