General Manager
Reporting to the CEO
Salary: 150K – 180K
Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
Specific Responsibilities
·         Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
·         Manage the daily functions of the business
·         Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes
·         Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
·         Recruitment and selection of staff
·         Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in a business related course
·         3+ years of experience in a similar role
·         Strong organizational and communication skill

Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to the General Manager
Salary: 120K – 140K
Duties & Responsibilities
1.   Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2.   Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
3.   Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
4.   Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
5.   Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
6.   Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
7.   Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
8.   Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
9.   Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
10.         Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
11.         Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
12.         Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
13.         Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
14.         Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
15.         Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
16.         Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Communication Manager
Reporting to the General Manager
Salary: 80K – 120K
Duties & Responsibilities
·         Responsible for the management of the company’s communications strategy and objectives.
·         Develop effective communications plan that leverages brand promise.
·         Develop, integrate, and implement PR activities to enhance company brand.
·         Cultivate and maintain strong media relationships.
·         Advance company’s position with relevant constituents.
·         Develop and executive varied and integrated communications products including website, print publications, newsletters, online communications, media and public relations.
·         Create and launch new media and marketing.
·         Evaluate an integrated strategic communications plan to advance the company’s brand identity and broaden awareness of its programs and priorities.
·         Refine company’s core messages to ensure brand consistency.
·         Resolve public affairs issues.
·         Serve as executive editor for the development, production and maintenance of the company’s internal and external communication vehicles, including the main website, marketing materials, publications, newsletters, invitations, flyers, advertisements, and annual reports.
·         Enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences.

Qualification
·         Bachelors in Communication, Public Relations of Marketing
·         Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in communications (public relations, social media, thought leadership, internal communications)
·         Communications agency and media journalism experience preferred
