School Success Manager
Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Post School Success Manager who
will launch our students on a journey toward a fulfilling career and life of
impact. The Post School Success Manager will join our leadership team and
will drive the development of a distinctive university and career guidance

About the Role
The Post School Success Manager is an essential role that
will help drive one of our most important goals over the next 3 years –
setting our students up for success on their path to becoming leaders and
innovators for the African century. In this role, you will lay a strong
foundation for career and university guidance that is embedded into the
everyday learning and support at Nova Pioneer. You will be a thought leader,
driving our vision to help students discover their interests, passions and
strengths and match those to post-school opportunities, whether that be
university, a gap year experience or a work experience. You will begin by
developing partnerships with local and international universities, tertiary
institutions and programs and will prepare our current grade Form 3’s to
begin preparing for when they graduate in 2019. You will work with our Nova
Pioneer school-based teams to establish strong coaching systems that will guide
our students as they make important decisions about their futures. As we scale,
you will grow exceptional teams to provide support across our many campuses
across the continent.
Roles and responsibilities

Develop partnerships with a diverse range of local and
international universities and other post-school opportunities for our
students.
·
Represent Nova Pioneer and the Kenya secondary school(s) at
meetings, conferences, or other networking events as needed.

Oversee provision of SAT standardized test prep

Write and/or edit effective letters of recommendation for
university applicants
·
Deliver relevant on-campus trainings for secondary school students
as well as teachers and parents supporting students’ engagement

Design and build coaching systems and processes that will provide
deep, ongoing mentorship and guidance to students that will help them to
uncover their passions, interests and strengths.

Guide students in selecting a post-school path that matches their
strengths and interests and help them to identify opportunities to optimise
their potential for entrance into programs they are excited about.

Help students to identify relevant financial assistance options
that will ensure they can pursue their goals.
·
Support students as they navigate the university application
process so that they can put their best foot forward.
·
Provide coaching and build rapport with students’ parents so that
they are able to join their children in their journey toward preparing for life
after graduation.
Qualifications
·
At least a Bachelor’s degree. Qualifications related to psychology
and counseling are a plus.
·
You have 2+ years of experience in directly advising Kenyan
students on how to apply to universities both in Kenya and internationally.
Relevant experience working with teens in either a secondary school
setting or in an organization that supports teen-aged students with academic
development and/or university.
·
You love working with young people and you know what makes them
tick. You find joy in helping them to uncover their dreams for their future.
·
You are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport and
confidence with students’ families as well as partner institutions.

External Relations Associate
Nova Pioneer is
looking for a superstar External Relations Associate to lead the design and
implementation of partnerships efforts across our school network in Kenya. This

Roles
You will be mainly responsible for telling the Nova Pioneer story
to various stakeholders, creating awareness and representing the Nova Pioneer
in the community. The role is based in Kenya.

analysis.

Facilities Supervisor
Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Facilities Supervisor for
our Tatu City Campuses. The Facilities Supervisor will identify and
address safety risks on the different Campus grounds. This is an opportunity to

Key responsibilities

Being the go-to-person on the team when it comes to campus
cleanliness, maintenance & repairs, facilities management, security and
utilities.

building systems to provide continuous supply of water, electrical power, and
other utilities required for operations.

Inspect the building and other structures to determine functional
systems and detect malfunctions in need of repair.

About The Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to be part of our
instructional leadership team at Nova Pioneer Boys High School at Tatu City. As
Deputy Principal, you will play a critical role in realizing this aspiration by

Primary School Nurse
