Section In Charge – Maternity
2 Positions
Reporting to the Nursing Services in
Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating
the activities in the ward to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with
hospital policies and procedures.
This position is open at our
Hurlingham and Kitengela Branches.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma (KRM or KRCHN) or Degree in Nursing, and must have a valid license from
the NCK.
In addition, this position requires
more than 1 year and up to 3 years’ experience in managing a busy maternity
unit with active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People
Management and Customer service.
Section In Charge – Clinics
2 Positions
Reporting to the Nursing Services in
Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating
the activities in the clinics to ensure high standard of nursing care in line
with hospital policies and procedures.
This position is open at our Nakuru
Branches.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma (KRCHN) or Degree in Nursing, and must have a valid license from the
NCK.
In addition, this position requires
more than 1 year and up to 3 years’ experience in managing a busy clinic with
active knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance, People Management and
Customer service.
Programmes Officer (Advocacy)
1 Position
Based at GVRC and reporting to the
Programmes Manager, this position is responsible for fundraising, designing,
planning and implementation of GVRC programmes.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university with more
than 1 year and up to 3 years’ experience in project management. In addition,
experience in advocacy or resource mobilization will be a clear advantage.
The position demands active knowledge
and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as
well as active application of Information Systems.
Counsellor
Based at GVRC and reporting to the
Manager –Medical Services and Psychosocial Support, the position is responsible
for providing quality, timely psychosocial support to clients while ensuring
adherence to highest standards of client care.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in Counselling psychology or a related field.
The successful candidate must have a
minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
Credit Officer – (Work In Progress)
2 Positions
Based at our Nakuru –CBD and Naivasha
Branches and reporting to the Hospital Manager, with matrix technical reporting
to the Credit Operations Manager , this position will be responsible for
ensuring ongoing engagement with clients within the hospital and delivering
accurate and timely bills and invoices as well as regular payments in line
within defined company policy and guidelines.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years’
experience in a similar position.
A bachelor’s degree in a business
related course will be an added advantage. In addition this position requires
active knowledge and experience in building relationships and excellent
negotiation skills. Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a
definite advantage
Credit Officer – (Dispatch)
1 Position
Based at our corporate office and
reporting to the Credit Operations Manager, this position will be responsible
for planning, organizing and coordinating all activities in the dispatch
section to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of invoices as per the Company
policy and processes.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Professional qualification in Finance or Credit Management with at least 2
years experience in a similar position. A bachelor’s degree in a business
related course will be an added advantage.
In addition this position requires
active knowledge of the medical insurance business, excellent organization
skills. Experience in hospital or insurance industry will be a definite
advantage
Nurses – (Renal, Paediatric , Accident
and Emergency, Theater)
Several Positions
Reporting to the Section in Charge,
this position is responsible for provision of high quality primary nursing care
within the section in line with Hospital policies, processes and procedures.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Degree or Diploma in nursing with valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS and
Higher National diploma in a specialized area. In addition the successful
candidate must have valid registration with NCK.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in the respective specialization. The successful
candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a busy hospital
environment.
