Staff Nurses

1. Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Nursing

2. Registered / Accredited with the Nursing Council of Kenya
3. Exposed to management and managerial responsibilities in a health facility
4. Minimum 1 years’ experience in working in a clinic or a ward
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Experience of working with mental patients will be an added advantage

Patient Attendants
2 Positions
1.   Certification in Nurse Aid Course
2.   Minimum 1 years’ experience in working in a clinic or a ward
3.   Ability to multi-task
4.   Exposure in working with mental patients is added advantage

2 Positions
1.   Minimum 1 years’ experience
2.   Recommendation from the last employer
3.   Experience in working with a minimum of 10 people
4.   Experience working in a busy kitchen
5.   Ability to multi-task
6.   Current Food Handling Certificate from Public Health

Receptionist / Front Officer
1 Position
1.   Certification from a recognized Institution-College, KIM, etc
2.   Minimum 1 years’ experience
3.   Recommendation from the last employer
4.   Experience working in a busy business set up
5.   Ability to multi-task
6.   Good Communication & Public Relations skills
7.   Ability to work under pressure/stressful circumstances

8.   Experience in use of Computer Application packages; Excel, Spreadsheets, Word, Accounting Packages-QuickBooks,
9.   Experience in using the Smart System in Billing
10.          Exposure to working in a healthcare facility is an added advantage

Hospital Administrator
Location: Kitisuru, Nairobi
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.   Overseeing quality, improvement of process for efficient delivery of services in the hospital.
2.   Guiding in setting operational standards in the hospital.
3.   Overseeing of the hospital budget
4.   The hospital Administrator is responsible to ensure that the hospital runs efficiently and delivers quality patient care.
5.   Creating financial and business strategies to ensure fiscal viability of the health facility
6.   Recruitment and retention of staff.
7.   Addressing doctors’ needs and ensuring patients’ quality medical care and well-being.
8.   Liaising with all Hospitals Stakeholders and Attending fund-raising, local health council meetings and professional industry conferences.
9.   Being involved in press relation, public community affairs and grants management.
10.          Formulate policies for Boards’ approval, and implement approved policies
11.          Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports.
Job Requirements
1.   Diploma/degree in Administration, Finance/Accounts or Human Resource or any other relevant field.
2.   At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a busy environment.
3.   Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4.   Person of high integrity and confidentiality. Should be highly organized and decisive.
5.   Ability to work with strict deadlines.
6.   Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
7.   Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships is essential.
8.   In addition, must be flexible, willing to perform assigned and additional duties and work irregular hours under unpredictable conditions.
