Our client a dynamic, Multi-cultural, small, nature-based un-school/kindergarten is looking to recruit a Personal AssistantThe ideal candidate must have minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant for an expert. Experience in a hospitality background is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

·         Reading, monitoring and sorting email and letters as well as drafting replies when appropriate.

·         Planning, organising and managing events.
·         Managing and reviewing files for the school systems.
·         Typing documents, overseeing sourcing and ordering of stationery and school equipment.
·         Managing projects, implementing and maintain procedures.

Qualifications:

·         Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

·         Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
·         Must have experience working in hospitality background.
·         Experience handling administrative duties.
·         Must demonstrate a natural passion for young children.
·         Good judgment in troubleshooting, problem-solving, awareness of own limitations
·         Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
·         Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and autonomously.
·         Good organizational and time management skills.
·         Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
·         Ability to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely.
·         Keen attention to details, honest and reliable.
