The office assistant with Flexidesk will be responsible for the following tasks.
·         Aiding with client reception as needed; Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

·         Serving customers by backing-up office manager; answering questions; forwarding messages.
·         Managing filing system and recording information as needed.

·         Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
·         Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
·         Maintaining office cleanliness and health and safety
·         Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
