The office assistant with Flexidesk
will be responsible for the following tasks.

Aiding with client reception as
needed; Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
·
Serving customers by backing-up
office manager; answering questions; forwarding messages.
·
Managing filing system and recording
information as needed.
·
Updating paperwork, maintaining
documents and word processing.
·
Helping organize and maintain office
common areas.
·
Maintaining office cleanliness and
health and safety
·
Performing general office clerk
duties and errands.

Experience as an office assistant or
in related field.

Ability to write clearly and help
with word processing when necessary.
