Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood
development and nutrition and related areas, from a recognized university;
·
Resident of Nyando sub-Country;
·
Fluency in English, Dholuo and
Swahili;
·
Good communication (written and oral)
and facilitation skills;
·
Proven experience in research work
(quantitative and /or qualitative data collection, analysis and report
writing);
·
Available for the orientation on
tools in June 2018 and during the whole data collection period i.e. July 2018,
July 2019 and July 2020.

Minimum
Qualifications:
·
Should have completed secondary
education within the last 6 years and possess a minimum grade C+ in KCSE.
(Diploma in ECD and Nutrition will be an added advantage)
·
Be familiar with and proficient in
computer applications including use of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
·
MUST be a resident Nyando
sub-Country. (Residents of Awasi/Onjiko are preferred);
·
Be fluent in English, Dholuo and
Kiswahili.
·
Be prepared to work full time on the
project for the duration of the study.
·
Possess strong interpersonal,
communication (written and oral) and facilitation skills.
·
Have proven experience in research
work (quantitative data collection, analysis and report writing).

The Health and Systems for Health
Unit wishes to engage field staffs for a health gaps assessment survey to
establish the feasibility for the setup of a social enterprise in Viwandani.
Duties and
Responsibilities
·
Conduct interviews on all sampled
respondents.
·
Complete, edit and submit all
assigned interviews for cross-checking and verification by the supervisor on a
daily basis.
·
Keep updated records and databases of
assigned work.
·
Regularly file reports on project
activities.
·
Timely and accurate accounting of
project finances.
·
Data collection progress report
writing.
·
Timely reporting of project related
issues for quick and effective trouble shooting
·
Attend and participate in all project
related meetings.
·
Take care and keep inventory of all
assigned project equipment.
Qualifications
·
Should have completed secondary
education and possess a minimum grade C+ in KCSE.

Be a resident of Viwandani.
·
Proficient in English and Kiswahili
(written and oral).

writing).

Experience in the use of electronic
data capture system is an added advantage.
·
Experience using GPS data for mapping
is also an added advantage.
