Resident Medical Officer In Charge
Reporting to the Head of Outreach Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership and administrative support in the Outreach Health Centre.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the effective management and care of patients with the aim of ensuring optimal delivery of quality patient care.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or MBBS)
·         Registered and licensed with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board
·         At least one year post internship experience
·         ATLS and ACLS certification will be an added advantage


Clinical Nurse
Reporting to the Resident Medical Officer In charge, the successful candidate will provide quality nursing services including performing necessary procedures at the Outreach Health Centre, maintaining high professional standards of nursing care and meet the needs of the patient in all aspects.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Community Health Nursing (KRCHN)
·         At least two years of clinical working experience
·         Excellent customer care and critical thinking skills
·         BLS and ACLS certification will be an added advantage


Sonographer
The position reports directly to the Resident Medical Officer at the Outreach Medical Centre with support from the Radiology Manager.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the incumbent will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, high quality diagnostic imaging services through the use of modern imaging technology that includes digital X-ray machines, state of the art CT scanner, state of the art mammography unit, ultrasound machine and a state of the art MRI machine.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Higher Diploma in Ultrasound
·         Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences
·         Two (2) years working experience in similar position
·         Registered and licensed by The Kenya Radiation Protection Board
·         Exposure to hospital management systems and good computer skills are key essentials for the job.


Laboratory Technologist
Reporting to the Resident Medical Officer In charge, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and cost effective testing of patient samples to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease in compliance and harmony with the quality management system.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
·         Should be registered with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist Board and also in possession of valid practicing license
·         At least 2 years working experience
·         In depth knowledge regarding hospital wide quality initiatives ISO 15189 and JCIA will be an added advantage.


Pharmaceutical Technologist
Reporting to the Resident Medical Officer In charge, the successful candidate will provide quality pharmaceutical services.
This will include processing prescriptions correctly and giving accurate drug information to patients.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology

·         Two years working experience in similar position preferably in a hospital set up
·         Registered and licensed by Pharmacy and Poisons Board
·         Exposure to hospital management systems will be an added advantage


Patient Services Cashier / Receptionist
Reporting to the Resident Medical Officer In charge, the successful candidate will ensure correct and prompt registration and charging of patients
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Front Office Operations or its equivalent
·         Two years working experience in similar position preferably in the hospitality industry
·         Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
·         A team player with high level of interpersonal skills and integrity


Resident Medical Officer
Reporting to the Resident Medical Officer In charge, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and care of patients with the aim of ensuring optimal delivery of quality patient care and actively participate in quality initiative programmes
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or MBBS)
·         Registered and licensed with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board

Catheterization Laboratory Nurse

Job Summary
·         Ability to identify the complex needs of the critically ill patient and to plan effective interventions
·         Ability to operate the sophisticated monitoring and life support equipment used in critical care
·         Demonstrate high level of expertise and sound scientific knowledge of current practices in critical care.
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Community Health Nursing
·         Should be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and also in possession of valid practicing license
·         At least two (2) years working experience in critical care nursing or emergency nursing will be an added advantage
·         ATLS and ACLS certification will be an added advantage

·         Participation in twenty four (24) hour coverage of the department
Required qualifications, attributes and experience
·         Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences
·         Should be registered and licensed with the Radiation Protection Board
·         Experience in diagnostic imaging will be an advantage
·         Ability to work effectively with a team in a culturally diverse environment
