Experience in a busy hot kitchen
specializing in African dishes required.
Certificate in Food production from a
reputable institution.
Assistant Accountant
Hands-on Hotel experience in Food
& Beverage costing and control.
Should be familiar with preparation
of Financial reports – Income statement, Cash flow statement, Balance sheet.
Familiar with statutory deductions
and compliance requirements – PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, Catering Levy etc.
Certificate in Accounting/ CPA 1
