Job Vacancy: Studio Cameramen

Reporting to the Studio Technical Supervisors, and directed by the Live News Director, the Studio Cameramen will be responsible for:
·         TV studio Camera operation in live production
·         Shooting high quality vision for studio news and magazine production
·         Supporting editorial staff and director and providing quick technical solutions
The ideal candidates must posses: O Levels academic qualification with 3 years extensive work experience on the job with specific focus in TV studio cameraman operation.

Job Vacancy: Production Manager

2 Positions
Reporting to the Head of Production and Technology, the Production Manager will be responsible for the following:
·         Production of live and prerecorded TV program.
·         Building, organizing and operating technology, staff scheduling and production.
·         Managing and outsourcing production contracts.
·         Managing celebrities and anchor contracts.
·         Daily coordination with Managing Editor
·         Controlling production budget targeted on savings.
The ideal candidates must posses an O Levels academic qualification minimum with 5 years of TV news production experience in manager position.
A minimum of 3 years of TV technology experience, including working experience and operating a TV studio.

Jobs Title: Hosts and Anchors

Reporting to the Head of Content, the Hosts and Anchors will be responsible for the following:
·         Presenting news stories and TV News Broadcasts
·         Interviewing guests
·         Hosting talk shows, magazine shows or any entertainment shows
The ideal candidate must have a diploma certificate in any field as a minimum, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be engaging to both audience and guests, and ability to ad lib without a script.
Skills
·         Active Listener with the ability to understand the news stories, reporters out in the field and delivering content.
·         Work under deadline and on a flexible schedule, that will include evenings and/or weekends
·         Strong ability to improvise properly in a live on-camera setting

Job Title: Programmes Acquisition Officer

Reporting to the Head of Content the Program Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the following:
·         Research local and international TV trends, formats, finished programs.
·         Identification of youth content for acquisition.
·         Maintaining strong relationship with the representatives of international format owners and film studios.
·         Communicating market trends and new content opportunities to internal and external partners.
·         Developing finished program and foreign acquisition strategy of the channel.
·         Participating in the development of long-term program planning, including program selection, planning, timing, seasoning.
·         Supporting the Head of Content in the selection of international formats (e.g. reality, game show, talent show, entertainment).
·         recommendations to the Head of Content regarding the acquisition of international finished programs (e.g. drama, comedy, scripted reality, lifestyle, factual entertainment).

·         Participating in all aspects of negotiation (financial analysis and forecasting, contract drafting, security requirements, amendments).
The ideal candidate must possess a business degree with focus in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Trade and a minimum of 5 years of TV programming and 3 years of TV content acquisition or TV content distribution experience.

Job Title: Distribution and Media Sales Officer

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Distribution & Media Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
·         Negotiating and managing distribution agreements with all DTT, DTH and cable operators.
·         Developing alternative revenue streams in cooperation with the operators.
·         Building and managing the online sales portfolio of all digital platforms of the channel.
·         Generating and managing digital revenues.
·         Planning, booking and managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
·         Analyzing digital trends, consumption, campaign effectiveness.
·         Building and maintaining strong relationship with media agencies and advertisers.

2. Archive / Restore material
3. Rough Cut Non-linear Editing
4. Live news gathering satellite feed recording
Supporting editorial staff reporters and live news director
The ideal candidates must possess an O Levels academic qualification with a minimum 2 years of ENG camera operator and editing experience.

·         Familiarity with ENG camera equipment, news gathering and editing techniques including outside broadcasts.

Job Title: Broadcast IT Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Production and Technology, the IT Broadcast Specialist will be responsible for the following:
·         TV studio and connected backoffice IT technology operation and business continuity
·         Operation emergency providing workarounds
·         Liaising with studio technical supervisor

·         Development and maintenance of technology
The ideal candidates must possess a Degree in Computer science or any other technical related field with at least 3 years of TV studio IT system operation, experience in video and audio technology
Skills

·         Familiarity in Non-linear Editing, storage and archive systems
·         A good understanding of video and audio file and compression formats
