Vacancy: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
·         Maintaining the promotional and customer database.
·         Providing product, promotion, and pricing information to requesting parties.
·         Assisting with promotional activities within or outside hotel grounds.
·         Preparing sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
·         Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
·         Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
·         Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
·         Storing and sorting financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
·         Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
·         Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
·         Attending to all the telephone calls in a timely manner and using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate telephone etiquette.
·         Monitoring the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
·         Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
·         Any other duty as assigned from time to time
Who Are You?
Required skills and Competencies:
·         Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Marketing or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
·         Experience in Property Management Software’s, Opera Sales and catering an added advantage. certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
·         Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator major hotel required.
·         Possess excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
·         Excellent communication skills necessary.

Job Vacancy: Banqueting Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
·         Maintaining the promotional and customer database.
·         Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence, i.e. answering mail, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, BEO, FP, memos etc.
·         Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
·         Compose, publish and distribute Banquet event order (BEO) / Banquet Function Plan (FP) to all department heads and personnel who are involved in servicing banquets function.
·         Work with management and other heads of departments at all times and assist in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guest’s general comfort and well-being.
·         Distribute promptly to all departments about notice of any change in the Banquet event order (BEO) / Banquet Function Plan (FP).

·         Prepare signage and menu items for all banquet events function.
·         Study requirements of all booked banquets and functions to familiarize and ascertain the possibility of selling additional facilities, to produce extra revenue.
·         Sending Banquet event proposals to the guests and being in timely contact with them.
·         Call customers to remind before for cut-off dates.
·         Coordinate with Banquet operations on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
·         Update Catering and Banquets calendar on the Sales and Catering software.
·         Any other duty as assigned from time to time

Responsibilities:
·         Supervise the day-to-day functioning of all F&B Service employees, facilities, and sales and costs.
·         Supervise, coordinate, and direct the prompt, efficient, and courteous service of Food & Beverage in the F&B outlets.
·         Control and analyze on an on-going basis the quality levels of production, guest satisfaction, operating costs, sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
·         Create weekly schedules ensuring you maintain adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
·         Ensure that the budgeted average spends are achieved on an ongoing basis by promoting a strong sales culture amongst the F&B team.
·         Ensure that all menus and printed materials for the department are kept current and in appropriate physical presentation as per the hotel guidelines
·         Control stocks for daily use in F&B outlets to ensure service requirements are met.
·         Schedule guest reservations and make additional arrangements as needed.
·         Ensure all staff maintain high level of discipline, are well groomed and always in full uniform. Also ensure service of food and beverage is professional, personalized and in line with the Hotel’s SOPs
·         Participate in the preparation of the Food & Beverage department budget and goals.
·         Any other duty as assigned from time to time
Who Are You?
Required skills and Competencies:
·         College Graduate or equivalent experience.
·         4 years’ experience in F&B Services.
·         2 years’ of supervisory/managerial experience in a similar role.
·         Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
·         Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
·         Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
·         Skilled in creating analyzing and understanding reports/budgets.
