Requirements

Kenya certificate of Secondary
Education (KCSE) mean grade C- or its approved equivalent

Proficiency in computer applications

Good Interpersonal skills

Minimum 2 years experience
Responsibilities

Compiling of statistical records and
data
·
Sorting out letters and filling
·
Dispatching letters and maintaining
an efficient filling system
·
Preparing payment vouchers
·
Computing financial or statistical
records based on routine or special sources of information
·
Drafting letters
·
Updating the housing inventory
·
Compiling and updating of staff
records and preparing staff returns
