The Kwale County Public Service
Board is seeking to fill the following positions as indicated below:
Responsibilities
·
Class teaching
·
Organizing and facilitating
play/learning activities to enable children cope with primary school life
·
Caring and nurturing spiritual,
moral, social, mental and physical growth of children
·
Managing ECDE centres and keeping
professional records (schemes of work, lesson plans, daily programme of
activities e.t.c) and ensuring children’s safety and security
·
Preparing and developing
play/learning materials
·
Giving guidance on nutritional
requirements of ECDE learners
·
General knowledge on administration
of ECDE centers.
Requirements
·
Certificate in early childhood
development education offered by KNEC/Ministry of Education or its approved
equivalent
·
Must have a certificate in computer
proficiency from a recognized institution
Personal Qualities
·
Eighteen (18) years old and above
·
Modest and of sound mind
·
Valid medical records
·
Relate well with children, parents
and other members of society
Core Competencies
·
Ability to think creativity and
constructively
·
Excellent communication skills
·
Manage records
