Export Promotion Council (EPC) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Co-operatives.


The primary mandate of the Council is to develop and promote export of Kenya’s goods and services.


Exports are the primary driver of our national economy and the Council wishes to strengthen and enhance delivery of this mandate by recruiting a high calibre, results oriented, experienced and skilled professional for the following position:

Office Assistant (Messengerial / Catering)

Job Description
 
This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under direct supervision of a senior officer.
 
Job descriptions will entail: -
1.           Providing cleaning services and office arrangement,
2.           Preparing and serving tea;
3.           Packing, unpacking items;
4.           Shifting, lifting and removing items;
5.           Reporting of damages in area of deployment;
6.           Dismantling, eliminating, destroying undesirable items;
7.           Tending equipment to preserve and prolong usage and prevent adverse exposure;
8.           Mail delivery other messengerial services.
Appointment Specifications
1.           For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
2.           KCSE mean grade D or equivalent qualification
3.           Fulfilling the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution

5.           Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
