Job Responsibilities
·                     Provide strategic guidance to the manager and program and Logistics coordinator on warehousing and supply chain issues.
·                     Ensure that all of the company’s warehousing best practices and tools are being used for management of the company commodities, and that all procedures are done in accordance.

·                     Promote use of PMI AIRS’ computerized warehouse management system, recommend improvements and strategically lead further implementation at all company’s warehouses.
·                     Promote the use of data to inform and guide decision making by continually identifying gaps and developing corrective actions as needed.
·                     Quality control and receipt of delivered goods,
·                     Management of the project’s inventory control system, including storage, quality control, inventory record keeping, and inventory reporting.
·                     Direct and supervise the storage, distribution, and transport of IRS commodity goods and equipment
Job Requirements
·                     Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. procurement and logistics, supply chain management
·                     Minimum 6-10 years of experience in qualifications and supply planning and/or supply chain management systems.
·                     Skilled in the design and use of MIS systems for warehouse operations.
·                     Skilled in leading and managing high-performing teams.
·                     Demonstrated ability to work with cooperating partners in implementing complex programs.
·                     Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
·                     Having worked in a dairy industry/FMCG will be an added advantage


Our client in a dairy Industry is urgently seeking to hire a Dispatch Supervisor to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities for the Dispatch Supervisor Job
·                     Responsible for the direction and supervision of the entire dispatch operation.
·                     Receives finished products from inbound stores to the dispatch warehouse, order processing, order picking, loading and goods verification.
·                     Supervises the activities of the entire dispatch team
·                     Oversees the work of dispatchers and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.
·                     Assign routes to drivers and keep track to ensure goods are delivered safely
·                     Coordinate drivers, loaders and ensure same day delivery services
·                     Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
·                     Performs a variety of other assigned tasks.
Requirements for the Dispatch Supervisor Job
·                     Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management / Purchase or any other related qualification

·                     6-10 years’ experience in an FMCG/ Dairy as a dispatch supervisor
·                     A good team player with excellent communication skills
·                     Mature, responsible and well organized


Our client in a dairy industry is urgently looking for a Chief Financial Accountant to join their dedicated team.

Role Purpose: This role supports financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.

Key Responsibilities
·                     Prepare detailed monthly accounts to the agreed standards and guidelines
·                     Preparation and submission of all statutory returns
·                     Managing the receipts and deposits of cash and bank transactions, including foreign transfers
·                     Maintaining the fixed assets register.
·                     Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and providing information for external auditors.
·                     Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
·                     Suggesting updates to the accounting manual and procedures as appropriate.
·                     Advising and updating the Head of Finance on any irregularities or concerns about invoices or any other financial matters.
·                     Liaising with the bank and daily online checking of the bank accounts.
·                     Liaising with the finance team to provide financial analysis on all aspects of project budgets.
·                     Assisting the projects team to monitor and evaluate project quarterly accounts
·                     Monitoring currency exchange rates.
·                     Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, to be distributed to management on a timely basis. These reports include Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Debtors Reports.
·                     Assist with the analytical review of month end results for discussion with the Head of Finance
·                     Preparation of monthly Business Activity Statements and Tax statements
·                     Continuously review the systems to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization and to exploit the benefit of the software.
·                     Manage and protect the financial information and records of the group as relevant to their task.
·                     Ad-hoc assistance to the Head of Finance.

Experience / Academic Requirements
·                     Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a business related field. Postgraduate degree would be an advantage
·                     Cumulative 10 years of working experience in Finance/ Accounting
·                     Full professional accounting certification
·                     Membership to a relevant professional body (ICPAK, ACCA) is mandatory
·                     At least ten years’ progressive experience in Accounting.
·                     Demonstrated success in supervising/ mentoring and training of finance teams.
·                     4-5years’ experience at a comparative role. Prior experience in an FMCG setup
