along Murang’a – Sagana road and is only two kilometres from Sagana town. It’s
located on the banks of the Sagana river, famous for water rafting among other
activities.

Reporting to the General Manager, The Food & Beverage
Manager will ensure the operation of the department is run in the most
efficient and professional manner through the application of contemporary
management principles by enforcement of the hotel’s policies and use of set
standard operating procedures.
She/he will be responsible for the complete directing,
operational control, effective supervision and coordination of all the F &
B Sections to the satisfaction of guests.
Qualifications
·
Graduate in Hotel Management from
reputable hospitality institutions (Kenya Utalii College or university).
·
Must have at least 5 years relevant
experience and adequate qualifications in the Food and Beverage Industry in
managerial position in at least a four star hotel or equivalent.

Experience of managing teams of large
numbers of people
·

ranging from deluxe, luxurious and cottages. The hotel also has various dining
outlets as well as conference halls.

Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, the F
& B supervisor will be responsible of ensuring and overseeing quality
service delivery to the guest by service staff, proper upkeep of F & B
outlets and in general ensure efficient supervision in all / respective F &
B outlets.
Qualifications
·
Graduate in Hotel Management from
reputable hospitality institutions (Kenya Utalii College or university), or
advanced certificate from Kenya Utalii college.

3 years working experience in a
similar position in the Hospitality Industry preferably in a 4-5 star hotel

engaged in undertaking food preparation and ensuring food is prepared in a
timely manner and to the standards of the hotel.
Qualifications

Possess a Certificate in Food and
Beverage Production or equivalent from a recognized training institution;
·
Have a minimum of three years working
experience in a reputable institution preferably a 4-5 star hotel
·
Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate.
·
Great wealth in preparing foods from
various themes to include but not limited to continental, oriental,
·
African, among others.
Waiters / Waitresses

Room Attendant/ Public Area Attendant

in similar position in a 4-5 star hotel rating.
