As an Executive Assistant, you’re at the heart of your executives operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your executives and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the organizations products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.


·         Administrative experience in a fast paced, high-tech environment.
·         3+ years direct executive support experience.
·         BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
·         Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency, proficiency in use of collaboration tools like Documents, Spreadsheets and Slides
·         Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
·         Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
·         Needs to be pro-active and anticipate needs and must be efficient (in use of time) and effective (in working with stakeholders).
·         Able to learn quickly from peers and act independently without much guidance, and yet have a great understanding and working relationship with the people being supported.


·         Manage executives’ diaries and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings,travel, manage calendars, schedule facilities and equipment).
·         Be the point of contact between the executives and clients/partners and manage information flow.
·         Reach out to and schedule senior level meetings for executives.
·         Undertake note taking and coordination for all executive meetings.
·         Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
·         Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing record keeping systems for meetings.
·         Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
·         Coordinate, organize and schedule team fun events.
