Job Vacancy: Program Officer - Faith & Development
East Africa Regional Office, Nairobi

In addition the position also contributes to the quality
of our programs through supporting the integration of the various faith and
development approaches in processes and capacity enhancement of our staff and
partners.
The position is a key driver to the realization of WVI’s
Faith and Development strategic intent in East Africa region.
Responsibilities include: Coordinate Staff Spiritual Formation activities;
Program Integration; Provide administrative Support; External Engagement and
Collaboration with the Regional Teams; Thought Leadership & Publications in
area of expertise
Skills required include:
·
University Degree in in any
discipline (or related or transferable field of study required in related field
desired)
·
Experience: At least 3 years of
experience in development field
·
Must be proficient in using MS
Office.
·
Experience: 2 years of experience in
administration field and Senior Management support.
·
Experience: At least 3 years of
experience in development field
·
Spiritual maturity; clear
articulation of personal faith in Christ about how their faith informs their
life and work. Possesses biblical acuity.
·
Basic programming and high level of
organizational and management skills
·
At least two years’ experience in
administrative position
·
Needs excellent English language
skills, both oral and written
·
Understanding of basic accounting
·
Must be a committed Christian, able
to stand above denominational diversities.
