ICT Officer

Working closely with the ICT Manager to provide a secure and efficient network infrastructure to support the organizations’ software and systems.

Responsibilities
Strategy, policies and procedures:

·         Working with ICT Manager, to provide key IT support within the ICT department and to all our users throughout the company.
·         Assist in developing, communicating and implementing organizational ICT policies and procedures in accordance with the ICT strategy, organizational direction, ICT legislation and best practice
·         Keep abreast of technology trends and discern which offer solid, appropriate, cost-­ effective ICT solutions to the organization
Network maintenance and operation:
·         Ensure the efficient, secure and effective operation and performance of the organizations’ network in the head office and all clients where technically possible
·         Ensure that an adequate plan for disaster recovery and carrying out back-­ups of the organization data is maintained and has been effectively implementedProvide MS Office, ERP and other internal IT and external system support
·         Provide inductions to all new staff on the computer systems of the organization relevant to their role, including the use of all relevant software packages.
·         Provide inductions to relevant staff as and when new software/hardware that is introduced

Customer Care Representative


Job Summary
The overall purpose of the Customer Care Representative position is to acquire, grow and deepen customer relationships through excellent service delivery and cross-selling and up-selling Securex products.

Responsibilities

Customer Care
·         Ensure the delivery of quality service to customers and the projection of a professional and warm image.

·         Ensure excellent on boarding experience for customers through timely delivery of contracts and Welcome Letters
·         Ensure 100% adherence to customer visit policy to include regular, post installation and post incident visits
·         Receive and report all customer complaints/ requests to ensure timely response as per the Securex promise.
·         Take advantage of interaction with customers to educate them on all our products and services and encourage them to participate and give feedback.
·         Administer quarterly customer satisfaction questionnaires as per assigned customer samples to gauge and rate satisfaction
·         Ensure effective use of systems and adequate engagement of customers to capture all relevant details for faster resolution of complaints.
·         Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and complaints are logged on evolution.
·         Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalation of any issues outside job scope and follow through to ensure closure.
·         Ensure good housekeeping and filing of customer documents, internal reports and any other documents

Investigations Officer
You are responsible for ensuring that investigations are completed in a timely and proportionate manner and that all the information which is relevant to the allegation is identified and presented in their report.

Responsibilities

·         Investigate all cases referred to him by the company and submit conclusive reports to the management.
·         Frequent liaison with the police to ensure quick closing of cases
·         Immediately advising the management on the possibility of compensation to the client
·         Advising the management on any intelligence information likely to affect the performance of the guards within the company.
·         Participate in Training of guards at the assignments when needed, on the following:-
1.   Crime prevention
2.   Giving evidence in court
3.   Securing scenes of crime
·         Keep proper records of all statements recorded and avail them to the management when needed.
·         Maintain crime/incidents statistics on the happenings in the field and advice the management for further deliberation
