About the role:

To promote Everwaters products and services. 

To identify customer needs and propose best solutions. 

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service. 

To achieve set sales goals. 

To learn which sales messages works best for customers in Nairobi, Kenya.
 
Responsibilites
  • Promote and sell Everwaters products
  • Identify customers’ needs and propose the best solutions; optimise customers’ accounts and proactively cross-sell and upsell
  • Proactive attitude to look for clients and use all the necessary tools to achieve results
  • Keep track of all customers and preferences; serve as main contact liaison for personal network
  • Self-motivated to generate revenue by going out to look for external sales from the environment
  • Monitoring database of all customers served
  • Offer technical support and customer care to clients
  • Achieve and maintain the minimum product knowledge score of not less than 90%
  • Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all inquires
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in business related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field (preferably sales, customer relations, or merchandising)
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Keen interest for water and/or family health
  • Customer and business focused attitude
  • Sense of humor when faced with rejection
  • Go-getter: you hate wasting time and want to get things done.

About the role: To manage Freshwater sales agents by tracking weekly sales goals, setting targets, and ensuring team has product inventory and all necessary tools to manage their respective customer base. 

To identify customer needs and propose best solutions. 

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service. 

To achieve set sales and operations target.
 
Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Manage a team between 5-10 direct-to-home sales representatives: setting sales targets and ensuring team has sufficient product inventory and complementary tools to sell to their respective customer base
  • Generating weekly sales report and identifying sales strategies that are working well and not working well
  • Scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and planning all functions related to your direct-to-home sales team
  • Motivating sales pod to achieve and exceed company sales goals
  • Develop and implement training programs for direct-to-home sales reps
  • Proactive attitude to look for clients and use all the necessary tools to achieve results
  • Keep track of all customers and preferences; serve as main contact liaison for personal network
  • Monitoring database of all customers served
  • Achieve and maintain the minimum product knowledge score of not less than 90%
  • Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all inquires
  • Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures across departments
These might describe you:
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili
  • Bachelors in business related field or in science
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Desire to train and grow sales team rather than boss them around
  • Ability to cross-culturally communicate and manage a diverse team (age, gender, culture)
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field (preferably sales, customer relations, or merchandising)
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Keen interest for water and/or family health
  • A sense of humor and an ability to be flexible and learn in a dynamic environment
  • Customer and business focused attitude
  • Amazingly creative person and out of the box thinker – able to brief, inspire and recognize great creative work
