Real Estate company in Kenya is looking for vibrant, outgoing, goal oriented
individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate new
leads through various methods of prospecting.
- Follow up on
existing and new leads.
- Contact
property owners and sell company services.
- Solicit and
compile listings of available rental properties.
- Participate in
marketing events such as hypes, activations, workshops, trade shows/fairs or
promotion campaigns.
- Prepare and
present sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
- Contact and
pitch to new customers/prospects.
- Accurately
complete all necessary documentation associated with the marketing,
listing, lease and sale of property including agreements with external
parties.
- Communicate
with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Maintain a
database with appropriate information regarding the prospects.
- Be up to date
with the company products and services.
- Effectively
communicate with existing and prospective clients regarding the status of
various projects.
- Coordinate
appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Accompany
buyers during visits and inspections of property.
- Coordinate
preparation of offer letters and agreements.
- Stay up to
date with market conditions which include prices, mortgages, legal
requirements and other related matters.
- Promptly give
feedback to management on clients concerns.
- Develop
networks of lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may
be referred.
- Prepare
reports, daily work records and sales prospects summaries showing full
activity and follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or
Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 3
years in a sales position; experience in the industry is an added
advantage
- Proficient in
MS Office applications.
- Ability to
work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent
negotiation skills
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent
organization skills and a high level attention to detail
- Customer
centric
- Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to
work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to
meet and exceed sales targets.
