Events Administrator
The Events Administrator is
responsible for daily running of the office, processing conferences and booking
events.
Responsibilities

Processing conferences and booking of
events.
·
Coordinate office activities and
operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
·
Supervise administrative staff and
divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
·
Manage agendas/travel arrangements
and appointments for the Director.
·
Manage phone calls and
correspondences like e-mails, letters and other packages.
·
Support budgeting and bookkeeping
procedures.
·
Create and update records and
databases with personnel, financial and other data.
·
Track stock of office supplies and
place orders when necessary.
·
Submit timely reports and prepare
presentations/proposals as assigned
·
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
·
Liaising with other departments about
customer requirements
·
Preparing brochures for enquiries
·
Selling conferences and events over
the telephone/online
·
Any other duty as assigned
Qualifications
·
Degree/Diploma in Business related
field
·
1-2 years’ experience as an Events
Administrator
·
Good project management skills
·
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
·
Good problem-solving skills
·
Proficient in computer applications
·
Quick learner with good customer care
skills
·
Strong organisation and attention to
detail.
