Administrative Assistant Job in Kenya

Position: Administrative Assistant 
 
Reporting to: Special Projects Manager

Role Purpose: The role will primarily entail working on the day to day fiber to the building process, end to end. 

This includes identifying buildings that qualify for fiber, preparing standard lease documents to sign up buildings, coordinating install of fiber via the Technology Division, signing off completed buildings, coordinating ready buildings with sales, collecting all building and sales data and reporting weekly / monthly. 

The division will rely on the candidate to have accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

Duties & Responsibilities:
·                     Assist in identifying commercial buildings that meet the requirements
·                     Assist to get the sign up via leases to all buildings that have the potential for 
·                     Coordinate installations with technology of said buildings
·                     Verify all potential customers within the fibered buildings
·                     Follow up on invoice payments and sales within the buildings
·                     Create a Google maps, image of all buildings
·                     Develop an efficient filing and contract management mechanism to ease the updating and retrieval of files
·                     Other duties as assigned within the product capacity as need arise
Key Deliverables:
·                     Assist to identify 60 Potential buildings per month
·                     Assist in the acquisition of 30 of the 60 potential buildings per month
·                     Assist to monitor to ensure the sign off all installed sites as per specifications
·                     Assist to track all buildings and sales within them as well as access
·                     File and report status on all buildings monthly
Academic / Professional Qualifications & Key Competencies:
·                     Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or Commerce
·                     Some internship and or contract experience (1 – 2 years)
·                     Attention to detail; be very detail oriented
·                     Ability to multi-task, strong time management and organizational skills
·                     Good knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel)
·                     Some research experience is preferred
·                     Maintain confidentiality of client information
·                     Ability to work independently requires minimal supervision.
·                     Ability to analyze information and decision making
·                     Good understanding of databases
