Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Athi River, Nairobi

Our client in an international leader
in the electrical energy industry. They are seeking an Accounts &
Administration Assistant for their Kenya Office.
Responsibilities
·
Preparing deposits, processing
payments, creating financial reports,
·
Assisting with the budget planning,
·
Preparing and submitting tax returns,
·
Maintaining financial databases
spread sheets and carrying out basic secretarial duties.
·
Assist in administrative duties such
as answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform
data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mail,
·
Any other tasks that contribute to
the function of the accounting department.
·
Preparing weekly and daily reports.
Qualifications
·
Degree/Diploma in Business Management
, CPA 2
·
2 years or more administrative
&accounts experience.
·
Excellent communication, management
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify issues and solutions and
ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision
·
Strong organizational skills and
ability to work under pressure.
·
Accuracy and attention to detail.
·
Proven capacity to perform and
demonstrate a positive attitude as a team player
·
Excellent PC skills, with proficiency
in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Tally Accounting software is an added
advantage.
·
Strong verbal, written and
communication skills. Proficient in English & Kiswahili.
