Logic is seeking to engage a dynamic individual to take up the position of
Admin & Logistics Assistant with one of our esteemed clients.
The post will be based in
Nairobi.
This is a short time
engagement with possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and
coordinate logistics to facilitate programme / studies operations in the
field by Ministry Of Health partners and team members;
- Overseeing
inventory of programme equipment and ensure that equipment is serviced and
maintained as required;
- Assist to
coordinate events, trainings and meetings with partners;
- File documents
in a timely manner and assist to maintain the filing system including
confidential documents and contracts;
- Support
preparation and keeping programme documentation up to date that would
include meeting notes, training data bases, baseline survey and M&E
registration databases;
- Printing of
training materials and procurement of consumable training items;
- Assist with
the data entry and management of programme activities;
- Run programme
errands and provide general office support to the team.
Qualifications
- Degree in
business administration or similar qualification;
- At least
2 years of relevant experience in project / programme assistance and
logistics coordination;
- Familiarity
with and experience in processes and systems for projects coordination,
knowledge;
- Familiarity
with health projects / programmes.
