One of our clients based in Juba, South Sudan, is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:


The main purpose of this role will be to manage the finance function of the company in a professional manner to ensure company meets its financial obligations on a day to day basis. 

Role also involves developing, analyzing and monitoring costs and giving financial meaning to the various production processes.

The main duties and responsibilities will include to:
  • Administer and monitor financial system in order to ensure the organization’s finances are maintained in accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain the accounts payable and receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records.
  • Establish and perform an effective budgetary monitoring system to ensure that it is as per the approved plan and that any variance is explained.
  • Prepare the finance expenses budget and consolidate the same for the company for management presentation and approval by the board.
  • Manage company liquidity on a day to day basis to ensure that the funds are always available to meet any obligation that may arise.
  • Ensure monthly and annual accounts are prepared within the stipulated time to assist management and directors in prompt decision making.
  • Provide effective and efficient office management e.g. order office supplies, manage repairs of office equipment
  • Ensure compliance with tax authorities and that all accounting procedures are being followed to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulators requirements, among others.
  • Prepare regular financial reports as required by the Directors
  • Other financial duties within the position
The suitable candidate for the position should have:
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree, BBA or equivalent
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Part III,  or equivalent
  • Accounting/financing experience of over 4 years
  • Practical experience in cost accounting
  • High level of accuracy and keen to detail
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
Sales Executive

Main Purpose of the job: To develop and grow the business by driving a good relationship between clients, agents and brokers in a manner that ensures achievement of set business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take orders and schedule client meetings and bring them to the company for execution.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
  • Physically visiting the potential client to introduce the organisational products.
  • Holding meetings with the senior management of different institutions for business negotiations
  • Providing after sale service and offering solutions to clients on any enquiry.
  • Proposing to Management new products that can be brought on board
  • Training and working together with the Marketing Trainees for effective performance
  • Any other duty as assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • Over two years sales and marketing experience, previous experience in a media house will be preferred.
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles

ICT / Systems Administrator

Main Purpose of the Job: 
The position will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. 

This individual will be expected to participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and supporting technical issues that affects the organisation
  • Maintaining / cleaning of existing hardware
  • Troubleshooting and Providing technical know-how on user support
  • Implementing fault tolerance systems
  • Ensuring security measures are applied and updated on all Workstations
  • Carrying out minor repairs on computers and related peripherals and Sending broken down computers / printers for repairs.
  • Maintaining Network resources
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Administrator/Directors from time to time.
  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and minimize software deviations.
  • Configure end user issues
  • Configure and reconfigure system parameters to ensure appropriate functionality
  • Develop reports based on system data
  • Liaise with vendors regarding support and development
  • Manage the company database
Qualifications and Experience
  • BSC Degree in Computer studies or equivalent
  • Over 3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Degree in computer studies
  • Interpersonal relations
  • Focused and organized
  • Able to work under pressure
