Secretary/Receptionist
Tupelo is a reputable medium sized restaurant based in upper hill, Nairobi, Kenya and wishes to urgently fill the following positions:

Roles

·         Provide secretarial assistance such as – arrange appointments, schedule meetings, receive visitors, screen phone calls, and respond to requests for information.

·         Maintain and update files and retrieve relevant information as and when required.
·         Maintain database, visiting cards, address, telephone numbers etc.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email and internet.

Requirements

·         Relevant Diploma/Certificate
·         A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
·         Knowledge of Secretarial Practice and Front Office Coordination.
·         Ability to multi-task, organizes, prioritize and communicate
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email and internet.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
·         Well groomed, presentable, friendly and confident
·         Excellent customer service and good telephone etiquette
