Job Purpose: The Depot Supervisor will be Reporting to the Depot Manager. 

He/ She will be responsible for ensuring timely distribution of product to the sales staff based on order requirements. 

To deputize the Depot Manager at larger factory operations and be overall responsible for the stock in the Stores at Sub – Depots.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring products are received and dispatched to the market in good time
  • Determining the allocation of products to the salesman to ensure daily target is achieved

Job Purpose: The Quality Assurance Officer will be reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance (functionally) and Factory Manager (administratively). 

He/She will ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance to the set standards by overseeing and monitoring all the stages of the production process

  • Acting as the organizations food-safety team leader and overseeing the laboratory activities at the factory to ensure quality at all times
  • Analyzing and interpreting the laboratory results and advising the relevant department

Job Purpose: Reporting to Managing Director, Head of Security will be responsible for ensuring maximum security in the organization.

  • Carry out physical checks and inspection of the entire organization to ensure maximum security.
