Senior Nurses - Multiple Positions
Reporting to the Ward in
Charge, this position is responsible for provision of high quality nursing care
within (Maternity, Medical /Surgical wards, Theatre).
In addition this position is
responsible for shift leading and mentorship of nurses to deliver excellent
customer service and quality nursing care.
Applicants must be in
possession of a nursing qualification at Diploma or Degree level, with valid
certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS plus a minimum of 4 years post-graduation
working experience in a busy hospital setting.
Possession of a Higher National
Diploma in a specialized area and experience leading a team will be a distinct
advantage.
Clinical Officer - Anaesthetist -1 Position
Reporting to the Theatre
In-charge, with matrix reporting to the Clinical Services in Charge, this
position will be responsible for providing quality anaesthetic services in
theatre while ensuring pre and post-operative patient safety.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and a Higher National Diploma in
Anaesthesia, with valid certification in ATLS and ACLS.
In addition they must have a
minimum 5 years cumulative experience of which 3 years should be in providing
anaesthetist services in a busy hospital theatre.
Clinical Nurse Instructor (Re-Advertisement) 1
Position
Reporting to the Head of
Department –School of Nursing, this position is responsible for facilitating
clinical teaching and improving nursing quality to nursing trainees on
rotation, in line with The Nairobi Women Hospital's College mission, vision,
goals and core values.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and with more than 2 year relevant
work experience in a hospital setting of which 1 year must be in a similar
position.
HR Officer (Nakuru) - 1 Position
Based in our Nakuru Unit and
reporting to the Hospital Manager with matrix reporting to the Employee
Relations and Services Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring
efficient and effective HR Service Delivery and compliance to approved
policies, processes and procedures.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Bachelor’s Degree with professional qualification at Diploma
level with valid professional membership with IHRM.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service.
The successful candidate must
have a minimum of 1 year’s cumulative experience in a busy environment
Information Systems Client
Support Officer (Nakuru)
- 1 Position
Based at the Nakuru branch
and reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for
provision of technical support to users, ensuring network availability and
carrying out maintenance of computers as required.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with CCNA certification.
CISCO or MCITP certification will be an added advantage.
The position requires active
knowledge and experience in computer maintenance and good communication
skills.
The successful candidate must
have a minimum of 1 year’s cumulative experience in a busy environment
Radiographer - 5 Positions
Reporting to the Imaging
Services in Charge this position will be responsible for provision of quality
and accurate diagnostic imaging procedures (i.e. x-rays, ultra sound and other
procedures) in line with the hospital policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences with valid registration
with the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya.
The successful candidate must
have a minimum of 1 years working experience in a similar position in a busy
hospital environment
Pharmaceutical Technologists - Multiple Positions
Reporting to the Pharmacy
Services in Charge in a Unit, this position will be responsible for receiving
and filling prescription requests as per company policies and procedures.
Applicants must be in
possession of a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technologist and a valid license with
the KPPB.
In addition they must have
minimum post registration experience of 1 year in a busy hospital environment.
